Overview:
Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager or Senior Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to sales growth, foster long-term client relationships, and expand our market presence within the chemical, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries. Initially, the role will focus on supporting the existing sales team, with a gradual transition to a business development-oriented position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior management to design and execute sales strategies for chemical products and services.
- Identify and engage with new business opportunities across pharmaceutical, biotech, and related sectors.
- Manage and grow the existing customer base while expanding the portfolio with new clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

- Present tailored technical solutions to meet customer requirements.

Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development within the chemical industry, ideally in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or biotech sectors.
